Mary Ann Julson

Mary Ann Julson, age 84, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her own home on Monday, March 16, 2020.

Mary Ann was born September 27, 1935 in Orient, Iowa to Clyde and Christina (Weed) Husted. She worked for Johnsrud Transport for over 25 years. Mary Ann had a strong faith in her Lord and Savior Jesus. She read her Bible daily. She was extremely hard working and enjoyed painting and ceramics. She will be remembered by her friends and family as a loving person.

Mary Ann is survived by her daughters, Marcie Meshek, Judy Blanchard, and Helene Slawson; grandchildren, Jessica, Abi, Ali, Brooke, and Sarah; great-grandchildren, Isiaih, Leighton, Dallon, Madison, Aubrey, Isabelle, and Faith; sister, Barbara Wenger; and a host of other extended family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandson, Dylan; her parents, Clyde and Christina Husted; and her siblings, Rex, Bob, Paul, Art, and Lyla Husted.

Mary Ann will be laid to rest at St. Charles Cemetery in St. Charles, Iowa.
