Shirley Peterson

Shirley Peterson, 83, was born July 12, 1925 in Hampton, Iowa. She passed away Sunday, April 5, 2009 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center. The family will greet friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, April 9, 2009 at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home and a memorial service will be held 11 AM Friday at the New Life Lutheran Church 4380 Wakonda Dr. in Norwalk.
Shirely was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 562 and enjoyed traveling and sewing almost anything for her family and friends.

Shirley is survived by her daughter, Peggy Smith; Son, Michael Peterson and grandson, Mason Smith. She was preceded in death by her Husband Ehrle Peterson
