Lindsay Robin Jensen, 27, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2009. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 3, 2009 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Lindsay was born April 13, 1981 to Joel and Linda (Purdy) Jensen in Des Moines. She worked as a loan specialist in banking. Lindsay enjoyed reading, cross stitching, listening to music and hanging out with friends and family.
Lindsay is survived by her parents, Joel and Linda; brother, Andrew; grandparents, Marvin and Wanda Jensen and Don and Peggy Purdy; uncles and aunts, Jeff, Kevin (Teri), Donna (Randy), Sue (Monte) and Carla (Jerry); and her cousins, Jolene, Corey, Kelli, Siera, Justin, Jessica, Alex, Josh, Sara and Emily.
Memorial contributions may be made to the National Down Syndrome Society Buddy Walk.
