Frances held a special place in the hearts of everyone who knew her. Frances sold her home in 2016 and moved to Valley View Village where she just blossomed. She came to love the friends she made there like they were her extended family.
Frances is survived by her brother, Arlen (Donna) Brickman and brother-in-law, Larry (Carol) Sievers, both of Waverly, Iowa; 3 children, Jeannine (Mark) Telfer, John Sievers (Rani), and Jackie Miller; 5 grandchildren, Scot, Susan (Rob), Stephen (Deborah), Christopher (Nichole), and Chelsea (Josh); 7 great-grandchildren, Celeste, Austin, Gavin, Nash, Cora, Izabella, and Karson; and 2 great-great-grandchildren, Jordan and Sophie. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Sievers; son-in-law, Mike Miller; her eight siblings; and her parents, Fred and Bertha Brickman.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Hope Lutheran Church, Taylor House Hospice, or Valley View Village Assisted Living in loving memory of Frances.
