So so sorry for your families loss. We got to know Melinda because of chasing our son and her brother around playing basketball. We even went half way across the country together just to watch her brother Derek and our son Larry play basketball. Then as the kids grew Melinda shows up again only this time shes the parent and chasing her sons, Austin and Dylan around while they played baseball. And what a great parent she turned out to be. Melinda and John have demonstrated what family is all about raising those boys. Remember the past and cherish your memories.

Dear Lou/Jean/John/Austin/Dylan/
Dereck:
We were so saddened to learn from Dwight and Georgia that Mary passed away after a very long battle with cancer. She is very fortunate to have each of you in her life and I know that she loved you greatly and that you cared for her in every possible way. The closeness of your families and relatives is much admired. There is no doubt that Mary is no longer suffering and has fought the good fight and is now in Heaven and smiling down upon all of you.
Our thoughts and prayers will be with you in the days that lie ahead.

just received the e mail informing me of Melinda. I cannot make the visitation or the funeral. I am, however, acknowledging the grief that your family shares. It always hurts us all whenever an ISEA family loses a loved one. May God give you the grace to weather your grief.

We are going to miss you so much, Melinda. We sat in your hospital room many times praying that you would sit up, be well & and go home . God had a different plan. We are heartbroken that you won't be here with your family & friends physically anymore but you will be here in our hearts forever. We will meet again in Heaven. Love you so much my darling neice.
