Rosetta Janes

Rosetta Janes, 83, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at Bright Kavanagh House. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 28, 2009 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. with burial at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Rosetta was born May 28, 1925 in Des Moines to Charles and Alma (Gruno) Palmer. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Rosetta is survived by her daughters, Charlene Gilmore, Beverly (Kent) Efnor, Barbra Smith and Linda Janes; son, Charles Janes; nine grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford; son, Cliff Janes; and her parents.
