So sad for Bambi's family. Been thinking and praying for you all. Bambi and I were good friends in high school and had some wild and crazy times together. I fondly remember the hay rides, sock hops, boyfriends, skipping school, and having a fun time while putting education on the back burner! We all wished our mothers could be just like Bambi's mom. Glad they are back together again. I'll miss Bambi's easy laughter and kindness toward friends and strangers alike. She fought the good fight.

I worked with Bambi at FMH, and we used to sit right next to each other. She taught me and told me a lot. Made me smile and made me shake my head laughing. Taught me song lyrics and useless facts along with jokes and Forwards that would make me gasp. She was very proud of her family. She would talk to me about her brothers and sister and son. She told me she came into this world with her foot down. God, I loved that lady. Please know she made a big, positive impact on my life. She made my days at work enjoyable. I will never ever forget her.

I had the pleasure of working with Bambi at FMH. She was a very kind, vibrant lady. I will remember her always for our discussions of NASCAR and the rainbow warrior, Jeff Gordon. I continue to use candy bowls she bought me to this day at work.
