This world will be a colder darker place without you. Goodbye sweetie.

I just learned that my dear and longtime friend Cyn left us on December 30. I had spoken with her over the Christmas holidays and told her she needed to come To Boston for a visit. Cyn and I have been friends since high school. We went to college together, travelled to Spain for a semester and I was in her wedding. About 2 years ago We had he opportunity to see each other in MA and revisit all of our favorite places and spend some time at the beach. I also had the opportunity to spend time with her in Iowa during her surgery a few years ago. I miss you my dear friend. You left us too soon. I love you and will always treasure our friendship

I was so very sad to learn that Cynthia had passed away. She and I became friends while visiting the SEC in the late 1990s. She made sure that she enjoyed every moment of her life in the DC area. She had a great love for her two cats, a great sense of humor, great enjoyment of good food, and a generous nature towards her friends. She also expressed great love for her family members.

My best play friend, EVER! We played together while I was stuck at grandmothers house every summer! I was so happy to see how well you did in this world. I love you and miss you very much! Now, you can be with your parents and sister. Meet you in Heaven! Love, Your Cousin, Timmie

I was a colleague of Cynthia's at Iowa State University and considered her a friend. She will be missed. I fondly remember an academic paper we both worked on. She brought a very professional focus to the work. Looking back on it, I now wish there had been more opportunities for us to work together. My condolences to Cynthia's family.

I was a friend of Cyndy and provided cleaning for her for past 2 years. I helped take care of her mother before she died. Was shocked to learn she had died. She was a good friend and I wished I had known earlier about her passing.
