We live down the street from the Tarbell family and felt lucky to know them all. Sam would play with the neighborhood kids when he was younger and Kim was always keeping a very watchful eye. He would come down and check on him all the time. He loved his children so much and was an amazing father. We had a great talk with him just a couple of months ago when he was taking a walk through the neighborhood. He was always upbeat and optimistic. He will be missed by the neighborhood and greatly missed by his children.
