Kurtis Agan, a lifelong resident of Des Moines, passed away at Mercy Hospice in Johnston on November 2, 2019.
Kurt was born February 23, 1969, the second son of Michael and Janis (Anderson) Agan. He loved to spend time helping his neighbors in Greenfield Plaza and doing odd jobs around the neighborhood. He had a steady list of customers for lawn care and snow shoveling.
Kurt is survived by his dad Michael Agan, brother Brad Agan, step mother Judi Webb, daughter Jade Agan, and granddaughter Kaylee Moore.
A celebration of Kurt’s life will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Local 21 Union Hall, 1224 SE Diehl Avenue, Des Moines.

My condolences to the Agan family sorry to hear about the loss of Kurt. The Plaza was a great neighborhood to grow up in. I have many good memories with Kurt. That boy could fish!

Have great memories of Kurt, Terry and Shane growing up through their teenage years. Kurt was always compassionate & caring. Rest in peace you are now pain free and comfortable with the Lord.
