May E. Davis

May Elizabeth Davis, age 91, passed away peacefully Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Sunnyview Care Center in Ankeny, Iowa.

May was born September 6, 1928 in Chicago, Illinois to Pete and Winnie (Curl) Alpara.

She enjoyed playing Bingo, attending craft fairs, and going to Prairie Meadows. Her greatest joy was her family and she looked forward to family reunions.

May is survived by her daughter Pamela Snyder (Roger), son Bruce Alpara (Doris), daughter Penny Wagnor, ten grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Max Davis, daughter Nikki, son Russ, grandson Rich, great-granddaughter Ashley, parents Pete and Winnie Alpara, and brother Frank Alpara.

According to May’s wishes, no services will be held at this time.
