Aurelliuz Demetrius Jaquese Jones

Aurelliuz Demetrius Jaques Jones was taken from this life much too soon at the young age of 9 years, on Wednesday, September 25, 2019. He was born on December 17, 2009 in Fort Hood, Texas.

Aurelliuz was a happy, energetic boy who had a passion for taekwondo and loved his Farrell’s family. He was a super fan of Michael Jackson, Bruce Lee, he loved the color red and having nerf gun wars with his siblings and friends. Aurelliuz was very creative and enjoyed constructing magical things out of cardboard and duct tape.

He was a student at Perkins and treasured his friendships there that he made with friends and teachers. Aurelliuz was a member of Valley Junction Church of God and was blessed to find his forever family in all of the wonderful people there that opened their hearts. He will forever be remembered by his contagious smile that lit up a room.

Aurelliuz will be forever loved and missed by his mother, Lakenya Stinson; father, Gemayel Jones; siblings, Viktoria, Alayanna and Mykal; many grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, other loving relatives and many special friends.

Aurelliuz was preceded in death by his infant brother, Phabien.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with funeral service to begin at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, October 5, 2019, at Valley Junction Church of God, 321 Elm, Des Moines.
