Daniel Lee Fairchild, 61, passed away on September 11, 2019, at home.
Daniel was born January 1, 1958 in Oskaloosa, Iowa to Richard and Carol (Walker) Fairchild. He graduated from Oskaloosa High School in 1949 and continued on to get his electrician’s degree.
He was an all-around good guy that enjoyed fishing and hiking. Above all, he treasured his time spent with his grandkids.
Daniel was preceded in death by his father, Richard.
He is survived by his mother, Carol; children, Charity Fairchild and Adam (Elvia) Fairchild; grandchildren, Brandy, Austin, Kenny Jr., and Destany; great-grandchildren, Bentley and Braylen; siblings, Richard Fairchild, Jeff Fairchild, and Joan; and many other loving relatives and friends.

So sorry for the FAMILIES loss. I have not seen Dan in years but we were in Des Moines and had stopped at a gas station and there was Dan. I got a big hug and smile from him. He always had a big heart.
