Dawnielle Nicole Korf, age 33, passed away Saturday, September 7, 2019. She was born April 26, 1986 to Malia Opseth and Dennis Korf.
She is survived by her children, Nathan Gilliland, Skylee Gilliland, Hayden Johns, and Tobias Johns; mother, Malia (Nick) Opseth-Perkins; sister, Nastassia Frees; niece and nephews, Danica Goff, Eddie Lee Goff, and Zachary Goff; and her maternal grandparents, Richard A. and Wilma Opseth.
She was preceded in death by her son, Ashton.
A celebration of life will be held Friday, September 13, 2019 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in loving memory of Dawnielle.

I extend my condolences to Dawnielle's family at this time of loss. It's really hard losing the ones we love, but God's promises give us hope. God promises a future without suffering, pain, sickness, and even death. (Revelation 21:4) He assures us that our loved ones will be restored to life to live in paradise on a cleansed earth. (John 5:28,29; Acts 24:15; Psalm 37:11,29) May these promises from God bring you comfort as you " throw all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7)

Id like to wish my condolences to Dawnielles family in this time of hurt. Dawnielle you will be missed by many! I will miss watching how Tobias eyes lit up the moment he seen you after work and the love you have for him and all your kiddos. Rest In Paradise babe!
