Eggers Family, Please accept my condolences for your loss. We lived a few doors down from you in the late 60's and early 70's on south side of Des Moines, which no longer exists due to airport expansion. I was thinking of you all last month when my wife and I were in town and I was reminiscing after driving by old Army Post RD. Again please accept my condolences.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have only wonderful memories of Deloris. Melinda and I grew up running the halls of FDCC (okay, not running- we would have heard it from Ivan and my dad). Deloris was a great teacher, teaching with her words and actions of Jesus love. Deloris was a blessing to me and I thank God for her.

Jolene and I are deeply saddened by the passing of Deloris. She is with the Father now, as another good and faithful servant. We want to extend our heartfelt sympathy and condolences to Ivan and his family. Our prayers also go with you all. Jolene is saddened because she had known Ivan and Deloris and her family for many more years longer than I have. We have shared a lot of memories when she went to the Fort, with a lot of love in her heart.

So sorry to hear of your loss, your mom/wife was a remarkable lady and was such a joy to be around. I remember her well when we were attending FDCC seems like our families grew up there together before moving to Norwalk in 76'. I remember our hilarious trip to the Ozarks and driving the boat and your mom backing up on the interstate because she missed the exit!! I thought your dad was going to pass out right there. Melinda you and I just laughed so hard and a lot that whole weekend. Thank you for letting me share that trip with you and your wonderful parents. Prayers to all of you and keeping you all in my prayers...
