To the family of Steve Staats.....my cousin sent me the obituary as she knew that the Staat's family lived across the street (on Guthrie Ave.) from us when Steve and I were kids. We played together sometimes and I liked Steve a lot as a friend. Warren and Mary were wonderful neighbors and friend's of my parents. They were part of a neighborhood Christmas gathering every year. I have not seen Steve in many decades, but I have precious memories of the Staats family. I am sad for your loss. God bless you all....Jan Schartner Glew
