My heart goes out to the family losing the 2 most impotant people in your life in such a short time. I knew Floyd from running the North side Senior Center. Only met Teddy once. What a wonderful couple. God Bless

I'm so sad to learn of Teddy's passing. I worked with her at Blue Cross Blue Shield many many years ago. She was at the Switchboard and I was in Word Processing. She always talked about Holly Bear. To her family and friends, may you find peace in sharing memories of Teddy. RIP

It's funny how in just 8 short months you can become so close with someone. I told miss Teddy everything, and she would sit and listen and give me the advise i needed and tell me stories about her life that made me feel like I wasnt alone. Everyday we had our "talks" and vent to eachother and lean on eachother. Sometimes, when I had a bad day, she would just sit with me and hold my hand. Only God knows why he put such an amazing friend in my life, but I will be grateful for knowing her for the rest of my days. Teddy, I miss you. I will think of you often and miss you always. Thank you for being such an amazing friend to me. Thank you for being the beautiful woman you were, inside and out. Love you.

I remember Teddy from over 50+ years ago when we both worked for James W. Bell. She was such a happy person. She is the one that got me to move on to a bigger and better job. Bless her heart. She was right.
I'm so sad to hear about Floyd too. He was the love of her life.

It was a blessing to know Teddy as she stretched my faith to help me be a follower of Jesus Christ that tries to show love to everyone. Teddy joins her husband Floyd who passed away two weeks ago, but not as a married couple, because they are now two souls who were born again through faith in Jesus. Teddy and Floyd will have resurrected bodies for eternity with the Creator!

I knew Teddy was special before I met her from occasionally seeing coworkers hugging her and telling her they loved her. Then I found out she was the person regularly bringing in sweets for people to enjoy sweets she wasnt able to eat herself because she had diabetes! I was blessed to become her friend after going over to thank her, and became very close to her during the last few years I worked at Wellmark. She was the perfect mix of sweetness, cheerfulness, and a very playful sometimes slightly shocking sense of humor. It was always an unexpected treat to be talking with this beautiful woman with her clothing, jewelry and purse perfectly matched, and have her make a comment that stopped you in your tracks before you burst out laughing. She was truly a one-of-a-kind person, and I feel honored to have been her friend. She once gave me a plaque which expresses how I felt about her perfectly FRIENDS. Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only true friends will leave footprints in your heart. I will miss her.

Teddy was one of the sweetest, funniest, happiest people I ever knew. We teased each other mercilessly from the first day we met 40 years ago. She was a shining light. We will miss her terribly. RIP, Teddy
