Vern was my Brother (in law) and a real brother for sure. Ive known him since I was 12 yrs old and have been the beneficiary of his generous and good heart. He demonstrated an honesty in his daily life that few others can match. Men like Vern leave a lasting legacy that sustains and strengthens family bonds. Rest In Peace and Power, Vern!
