Our loving Frances “Frankie” Hayes, age 62, passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines. She was born the daughter of Oscar and Irene Brown on August 31, 1956 in Des Moines, Iowa.

Frankie Hayes was the second of five children. She married Dale Hayes, Sr. in 1973. Frankie did everything with passion and lived without a filter. She spent her time doing exactly what she liked. She loved homemade fried chicken with all the fixings, watching movies, road trips (especially to Saylorville Dam), being all dolled up, purses, shoes, jewelry, shopping, tigers, Pink Floyd (attending many concerts), was a published poet, and loved Harley Davidson everything! She loved being a mother, grandmother, wife and friend.
