Saroeung Ang, age 78, passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2019.
She loved her family and enjoyed gardening and playing red card.
She is survived by her children, Saman, Samon, Samoeun, Samith, Samay, and Samin, adopted son Heng Kim, 26 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, July 26, 2019 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2019 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue, Des Moines.

My deepest condolences for the family. Death is something painful and no one wants to deal with it, but it does happen. Jehovah God knows how hard it can be for us and that's why he has provided his word the Bible to comfort us. Just take a look at a comforting thought from the Bible that I would like to share with you: ''Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God.'' (2 Corinthians 1: 3, 4). Jehovah God assures us that he wants to comfort us during this difficult time. How comforting! May the comfort Jehovah God offers help you during this time.
