Bernice was a lovely person, and was a classmate of mine. We graduated from high school in Charles City, Iowa in 1944. We have met and had great times when our class had reunions every 5 years from 1954 to 1999, and since then the surviving class members get together annually. This year, when we meet again in September, Bernice will be missed so much...we loved her smile and always upbeat attitude. We all know it will be time for any of us to depart soon, hopefully to meet again in the great beyond. I'll always be thinking of you, Bernice...and am rejoicing that your suffering is over. Your forever friend.

Barb and Sharon,
I keep thinking about you and the loss of your mother. I know how much she meant to you. You both talked about her quite often and recently expressed your concerns over her health. Sharon, you had even mentioned that you didn't want to use a vacation day for a function we thought about attending because you wanted to save your vacation days to help your mother.
What a great picture of her that was in the paper. It was perfect.
Barb, I had just brought my morning paper into my computer to visit Hamilton's web site and I laid it here so I would have the address. I turned my computer on and there was a message from you giving me the address. Thank you.
Once again, I just want you to know I am thinking about you both and am available if you need anything.

Dear Sharon: This is a hard time for you and your family -- so difficult to lose your Mom If we count the number of children in your family, it was indeed a LARGE group, and losing your Mom will leave a big empty space. I hope your Mom had a good life, though at 83 one thinks "Just a little longer would be nice". I miss you and the book sale and would like to send you a big hug of sympathy over the network. Consider yourself hugged! Love, Annette and Bob
