Irene Garanson

Irene Garanson, 93, died Thursday, February 26, 2009 at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 2, 2009 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. with burial at Masonic Cemetery. Visitation will be held from one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Irene is survived by her sons, Don (Michelle) Garanson and Mark (Melodie) Garanson; granddaughter, Amanda (Omar) Moreno; and great-grandchildren, Celeste, Mia, Omar E. and Lourdes Moreno. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eskil Garanson and her parents, Clarence and Myrtle Simmons.
