Johnny Frank Evans, Jr. passed away January 23, 2009 in Minneapolis, MN.
Johnny is survived by his children, Gene Ntow, Robert Evans, Francine Kalem, Barbara Perry, Mary Ann Evans and Bobby Evans; brother, Jimmy Evans; sister, Verlina Cox; 53 plus grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillie Mae (Braddock) Evans; children, Bobby Mike Evans, John Lewis Evans, Minnie B. Crawford and Jewelene Evans; sisters, Rillie Carruthers, Minnie Evans-Johnson, Nellor Cox, Viola Johnson, Essie Prather-Evans, Lillie Mae Carruthers and Irene Barker; and his brothers, Roy Evans, Joe Evans, Jodie Evans, Sr., Herbert Evans and Ben Evans.
