Fayth Elizabeth Chapman, 2 days old, passed away February 2, 2009 at Blank Children’s Hospital in Des Moines. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Woodland Cemetery in State Center, Iowa.
Fayth is survived by her mommy, Heidi Chapman; Heidi’s significant other, Mark Bowlsby; grandparents, Ken and Mardelle Soady and Doug and Marie Chapman; and her aunts, Jessica Chapman, Hailey Soady and Karen Chapman.
