Donna Lea Smith, 77, passed away Friday, May 24, 2019.

Donna was born January 18, 1942 in Des Moines, Iowa to Hugh and Doris Fetters. She graduated from North High School and Des Moines Area Community College. Donna worked in the Oncology Department for Methodist Medical Center, retiring in 2007. She loved flowers and was an owl lover.

Donna is survived by her sons, Troy, Travis and Trevor and her brothers, Larry Fetters and Jack Sutton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Doris Fetters, husband, Virgil Smith in 1986, and her brother, Jerry Fetters.

There will be a graveside service Monday, June 3, 2019 at Sunset Memorial Gardens at 1:00 p.m.
