Phil was always a wonderful friend and neighbor when we lived across Wright St from them. We maintained contact for years after leaving the neighborhood and always enjoyed the time we could spend together. Phil was a good man who will be greatly missed by all who were privileged to know him. Our sincere condolences go to Eloise, Kathy, and the rest of the Wilson family.
