Deanna Sue (Dean) Carmona

Deanna Sue (Dean) Carmona, 55, of Des Moines, Iowa received her angel wings to be with the Lord on April 5, 2019 at 2:28pm at Lutheran Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 3, 1963 in Houston, TX to Johnny and Sarah Carmona.

She was preceded in death by her father Johnny G, sister Liz, brother Phillip Sr. and her beloved life-long partner Kristen Clark. She is survived by the two greatest joys of her life, her twin daughters Lea and Patricia, mother Sarah, sisters Billie Jean and Joyce, grandchildren Hector Jr. (Bubba) Owen, twins Sophia and Meia, and Jaxson.

She graduated from DMACC and loved her career as a very successful dental hygienist. She enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends and listening to Tex-Mex music, along with being a huge Green Bay Packers fan. She loved being right next to her mother any chance she could. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt.

She will be deeply missed by many and never forgotten. Rest with the Lord Sweet Angel. You will always be in our hearts.
