Florence Cramer

Florence Cramer, 98, died Friday, December 19, 2008 at Fleur Heights Care Center. Funeral services will be 1:30pm Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home with burial following at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery. A visitation will begin at 12 PM until service time.
Florence was a faithful member of Jordan United Methodist Church and an active member of Woman’s Life Insurance Society for over 50 years. She enjoyed embroidering and crocheting, and especially enjoyed spending winters in Florida with her late husband Paul. She had two favorite sayings, “We have such a wonderful family” and “I’m from Minnesota”.
Florence was the beloved mother of Doris (William) Gracey, and Mark (Florence, deceased) Milburn; step children, Richard Cramer, Mary Alice Fenwick and a loving sister, Lucille Epps. She is survived by 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 21 great great grandchildren. Along with her husband and daughter in law, she is preceded in death by a grandson, sister, two brothers and a step daughter.
Florence’s family suggests memorial contributions go to Hospice of Central Iowa.
