Kandi Sue Kane (Kandessa)

Kandi Sue Kane, 58, went home to be with her Lord and Savior March 11, 2019.
She was a loving and devoted daughter and graduate of East High School. She was an avid reader, a master chef, a jewelry beader and was so loved by all who had the honor of meeting her.
Kandi is survived by her mother, Rita Kane, aunts and uncles, and many many cousins, nieces and nephews.
She is dearly missed and we all rejoice knowing she waits for us all to come home.
The family will greet friends Thursday, March 14, 2019 from 10:00 – 11:00 am followed by the funeral service at 11:00 am, at Faith Independent Assembly of God, 6001 SW 14th Street, Des Moines, IA 50315.
Memorial contributions made me directed to the family in loving memory of Kandi.

Kandi was very special and deeply loved by her large family. She was one of 41 grandchildren to Bruno Sr. and Petra Burriola. Her family includes her Mother, Rita Kane, who devoted her life to Kandi; Aunts Irene, Rachel (Santi) and Margaret B.; Uncles Ines, Sr., John, Frank, Val (Jean), Mick and Chris; 38 first cousins Anita, Leolita, Marita, Leon, Jr., Steven, Teresa, Linda, Bruno, III (BJ), Rita Jo, Patricia, Monica, Joe Angel, Conchie, Roberta, Maria, Regina, Petra, Melinda, Christina, Pete, Jr., Joey, Sil, Juanita, Marla, Tony, Juan, Trina, Bobbie Jo, Jenny, Melissa, Carmen, Joaquin, Becky, Martin Jr. (Sonny), Joe B, Michael, Casey and Miguel.
She was preceded in death by her Grandparents, Bruno Sr. and Petra (Granado) Burriola; Uncles Silverio, Joe, Marty, Bob, Pete, Leon Sr. and Bruno, Jr.; Aunts Catherine, Debbie, Grace, Margaret R., Karyl and Josephine; and cousins Christopher and Ines, Jr. (Chach).

My dear Aunt Rita, there are no words...you will always have my Love, respect and admiration.
My heart is heavy with sadness at the loss of my sweet sweet cousin Kandi.
You both are the very substance of the most precious memories of my life. I will always smile at the rememberance of the beautiful Spirit of your Loving daughter.
I know that God has you, and our entire family in his secret place of Love and Comfort during this very difficult time.
