Tommy C. Slaybaugh, 60, passed away on February 28, 2019 in Des Moines. He was born on March 14, 1958 to Loren and Eunice (Larson) Slaybaugh.

Tommy enjoyed being outdoors. You could often find him taking in the sunshine either mowing or fishing. He loved anything and everything Elvis. He possessed a vast knowledge of “The King” and had an entire wall devoted to him.

He is survived by his siblings, Kathy Slaybaugh, Steve Slaybaugh and Michael Slaybaugh; cousin, Glen Weaver; and many relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Terry.

Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Monday, March 11, 2019 at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St., Des Moines with visitation 1 hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Berwick Cemetery.
