Wayne Everett Michael

Wayne Everett Michael, 58, was born August 3, 1960 in Des Moines, the son of Paul and Bonnie Mae (Gibson) Michael. He passed away Sunday, February 24, 2019 at his home.
Wayne worked at Firestone for many years. He was a mechanic and enjoyed working on trucks and tinkering in his garage.

Wayne is survived by his children, Amy, Eric and Dylan Michael and their mother, Tammy Michael; grandchildren, Zach, Adam, Axel and Nicholas; sister, Sharon (Bob) Ramsey; brother, David (Kelli) Michael, Sr., other loving relatives and many special friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Dennis Michael.

Celebration of Life will be held at 1 pm Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Staves United Methodist Church, 2747 E. Madison Ave. in Des Moines.
