Alberta Stanley, 72, of Des Moines passed away at the Fleur Heights Care Center on December 17, 2008. Funeral services will be on Monday at 1 PM at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home with burial following at the Norwood Cemetery in Norwood, Iowa. The family will greet friends from 11 AM until service time on Monday. She is survived by her children Ramona Stanley, Randy Stanley, Ruth Dunning and Kathy Cline; her sisters Mary Ellen Howell, Betty Baker and Mildred Rooney as well as 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to Fleur Heights Care Center.
