Megan Gabriella Nakazibwe, 6 years old, passed away Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Child Serve in Johnston.
Megan was born December 21, 2012, the daughter of Sarah Nakibuule. She is survived by her mommy Sarah, daddy Andrew, sisters Melissa, Whitney and Chloe, brother Wyatt, and many uncles, aunties, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines on Monday, March 4, 2019. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., with funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Megan will be laid to rest at Glendale Cemetery after the funeral.
The family wishes to extend at heartfelt thank you to Child Serve in Johnston for loving Megan and caring for her like she was a part of their own family.
