Johntraill Gipson

Johntraill Akael, 14, passed away Sunday, December 14, 2008. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, December 22, 2008 at Outreach Center of God and Christ Church, 3804 E. 29th. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until service time Monday at the church.
Johntraill was born March 30, 1994 in Des Moines. He was a student at Scavo High School. He enjoyed playing basketball and football.
Johntraill is survived by his mother, Tomeka Walker; father, Johnney Nootenboom; brothers, Torional, Sedorion and Demarko, Jr.; sisters, Demarkieona, Leeaisha, Courtney and Carmen; and eight other siblings on his father’s side; grandparents, Gordon and Patee Jones, Larry and Tavita Williams, Charlie Carr and Judy Nootenboom; aunts, Earlene Gipson and Heleena Hicks; uncles, Mack Gipson, Otto Gipson, Oscar Gipson and Lawrence Gipson; and many other extended relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jaeteair Gipson.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
In death, just as in life, Johntraill will continue to give through organ donation.
