Marilyn Joy Craig

Marilyn Joy Craig, 74, died Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston, IA of complications from surgery. Services will be held at Hamilton’s on Westown Parkway on Saturday, December 13, 2008, with visitation from 2 to 3 p.m. and the memorial service at 3:00 p.m.
Joy was born on July 28,1934 to Delos and Pete Hiskey. She worked for Bishop Drumm for many years as the Dietary Aide and Nutritionist. She was a beloved cook, mother and grandmother.
Joy is survived by her son, Skip (Kris) Craig of Clive; daughter, Kelli Craig of West Des Moines; sister, Kay (Bruce) Strain of Norwalk; grandchildren, Katie (Jonathan) Ceolla, Sarah Craig, Alexis and DJ Burrage, and Kolin Craig. She is preceded in death by her husband Hal Craig and parents Delos and Pete Hiskey.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mercy Hospice in Johnston.
