Denny Dotson

Dan Dotson, 52, of Des Moines died on January 5, 2007 at his home. A private family service will held for the Dotson family and friends at 10:00 A.M. Thursday at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home with cremation following services. The Dotson family will greet friends from 5-7 P.M. Wednesday evening at the funeral home and the Rizzuti family will greet friends from 7:30-9:30 Wednesday evening also at the funeral home.
Dan had been employed at Fleck trucking and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his daughter Danelle Strubbe and her husband Shawn of Paullina, his daughter Nicole Albrant and her husband Justin of Emmetsburg, his son William Dotson of Ames, his grandchildren Ethan and Dylan Strubbe of Paullina and Kaydence and Tyler Albrant of Emmetsburg, his mother Pat Dotson of Des Mines, his brother John Dotson of Fruitland, Iowa, his niece Kristal Dotson of Olathe, Kansas, his nephew Ryan Dotson of Oak Grove, Kentucky as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Donald Dotson, his paternal grandparents and maternal grandparents.
