William Radosevich

William Mark Radosevich, 80, died Sunday, December 7, 2008 at Iowa Health Hospice Taylor House. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Thursday December 11, 2008 at Ss John & Paul Catholic Church, 1401 1st Avenue South, Altoona. Burial will follow at Glendale Cemetery.
Bill was born December 5, 1928 to Marko and Stefania Radosevich in Olmitz, Iowa. He graduated from East High School and served in the Army during the Korean War. Bill worked for Solar Aircraft and retired from Perilli Armstrong Rubber Company. He was a member of Ss John & Paul Catholic Church and the Croatian Slavic Center in Des Moines.
Bill is survived by his loving wife, Mabel; son, James Radosevich; sister, Mary (Ellis) Lewis; brother, Ernest Radosevich; and many nieces, nephews, and beloved friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Frank Radosevich.
Memorial contributions may be given to Ss John & Paul Catholic Church.
Visitation will be held 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, with a prayer service at 5:30 p.m.
