Faye Blake

Faye Ellen Blake, 90, mother of Stephen Wayne Blake (Julie) of Chariton, passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2008 at the Chariton Nursing and Rehab Care Center. Funeral services will be held 1:30pm Saturday at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home.
Faye was born October 16, 1918. She worked in childcare and was a homemaker. She married Forest P. Blake in April of 1946.
Beside her son and daughter-in-law, Faye is survived by three grandchildren, Kristy, Katie and Adam; her two great grandchildren; her son-in-law, Jim Hodek,: her brother, Robert Wade; sisters, June Easter and Wilma Buchanan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Forest P. Blake.
Memorials are suggested to the Donor’s choice in loving memory of Faye.
