Jewel McKee

Jewel A. McKee, 60, died Sunday, November 30, 2008 at Mercy Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 6, 2008 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Jewel was born January 21, 1948 in Des Moines and was a lifelong resident of the Des Moines area. She graduated from Saydel High School. Jewel retired from McDonald’s after working in food service for many years. She was a wonderful mother and friend, she was outgoing, high spirited and full of life. Jewel was cherished and loved by everyone. Her hobbies included watching wresting and spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all.
Jewel is survived by her sons, Robert, Ron and Roger McKee; brother, Donald McKee; and three grandchildren, Kelli and Richard Williams and Breanna McKee.
