Service Details
Reva House, 87, passed away Saturday, November 29, 2008, at the Carlisle Care Center in Carlisle. Reva was born February 9, 1921 in Rising Sun, Iowa to Walter and Orpha Snyder.
Reva is survived by her daughter, Judy Rowe; grandchildren, Matt (Michelle) Rowe and Kristina Rowe; and survived by many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, William House; her parents;her daughter, Karolyn Jo Walker; her sisters, Vona Pearson and Wilma Franklin.
Funeral Services 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at Berean Assembly of God, 5225 12th Avenue in Pleasant Hill; burial will follow at Powers-Warren Cemetery. Friends may visit with family two hours prior to the service at the church.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Alzheimer Foundation in loving memory of Reva House.

Dearest Judy,
So sorry to hear of your Mothers' passing. It is always hard losing a parent no matter how old we are. God needed your mother to come home and took her in his arms. It is so wonderful that we all will be reunited again someday. That always makes me feel good to know that. One thing I know is that your parent's raised a wonderful daughter, and I feel blessed to know you!
May God hold you close and give you the courage to get through your loss.

So very sorry to hear about your Mom. She had to be a great lady to have brought a wonderful caring, and giving daughter into this world. In God's plan it was time for her to enter His house and be painless and happy in Eternity. Now He is wrapping His arms around you to comfort you and your family to let you know she is safe with Him and her heavenly family of loved ones. My prayers and thoughts are with you.
