Service Details
John “Jack” Nalevanko died Tuesday, November 25, 2008 from pancreatic cancer at Mercy Hospital. Memorial visitation will be from 1-3 PM Saturday, November 29, 2008 with a 3 pm prayer service at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home.
Jack is survived by his wife of 36 years, Joyce; children, Craig (Linda) Brooks, Tracy (Mark) Hatfield, Doug (Val) Brooks, Nick (Kari) Nalevanko, Sheren, Frank, Connie, Mark and several grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Family or Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
