Louise Roland

Louise Roland, 84, of Des Moines passed away on November 16, 2008 at the Hospice Kavanagh House of 56th. Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M. Thursday at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home with burial following at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 5-8 P.M. Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Louise had been a hostess at Bishop’s Cafeteria for over twenty years and enjoyed running the concession stand at Des Moines Lincoln Softball games for 15 years. The true love her life was spending time with her family. She is survived by her 3 sons Bob Roland of Norwalk, Richard (Nancy) Roland of Des Moines and Roger (Christy) Roland of Des Moines, her brother Bob (Vera) Sarasio of Des Moines, her sister-in-law Barb (Bob) Musgrave of Des Moines, 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Iowa.
