Arlene Tanner

Arlene Tanner, 81, passed away January 1, 2007 at the Kavanagh House on Grand. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday at Highland Memory Gardens. Family and friends are invited to gather at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens at 12 Noon on Friday and go together to the cemetery.
Arlene was born November 26, 1925 in Des Moines. She retired from the State of Iowa after working as an accounting clerk for 17 years.. Arlene was a member of Union Park Christian Church. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Arlene is survived by her children, Joyce (Glenn) Gilmore of Dayton, TX, James (Susan) Tanner of Oklahoma, Ronald (Melody) Tanner of West Des Moines, Carol Tanner of Des Moines; 9 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
