Charlotte Krueger

Charlotte May Krueger, 79, of Des Moines passed away on November 10, 2008 at the Bright Kavanagh House in Des Moines. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home. The family will greet friends from 12:30 P.M. until service time at the funeral home.
Charlotte was born in Centerville on October 30, 1929 to Dora and Russell Jobe. After living in Newton and Knoxville, Charlotte moved to Des Moines for the majority of her life. She had worked at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in housekeeping for 15 years and enjoyed gardening, fishing and camping.
She is survived by her sons Robert (Janet) Cole of Des Moines and Jeff (Janet) Cole of Des Moines, her 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, her 1 great, great grandchild as well as her brother Dean Selix of Ottumwa. She was preceded in death by her husband John, her brother Jake, her daughter Sue and her parents. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bright Kavanagh House.
