Mildred Pulscher

Mildred “Millie” C. Pulscher, 87, died peacefully November 6, 2008 at her home in Des Moines. Mildred was born on October 31, 1921 to Benjamin and Mary LaBrune in Pipestone, Minnesota.
Millie worked as a nurse for 50 years in Flandreau, South Dakota area before retiring to her daughter’s home in Des Moines.
Survivors include her daughters, Mary J. Pulscher and Dee Hudson; sons, Michael Pulscher, Patrick Pulscher and William Pulscher; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a brother, Donald LaBrune. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, a sister and her two husbands.
Millie’s request was to be cremated, a story time of Millie’s life will occur in the spring of 2009 in the farmland’s of South Dakota, and her celebration of life continues in the loved ones, friends and family that she leaves behind.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Iowa in loving memory of Millie.
