Dan,
I want to pass on our condolences to you and your family on the passing of your father. It sounds like he was a pretty special person. As you know my father saw your folks daily out at Bishop Drumm and he always kept me informed on how they were doing.
We will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Great Aunt Maudene and family,
We are so very sad to hear about Uncle Bud's passing. I have so many fond memories of him visiting at Grandma Margaret and Grandpa Charles' house when we were kids. He was always so fun loving and kind. One of my favorite memories was once when Maudene was giving him a bad time for not doing something and then telling the other gals that he could never hear her because his hearing aid wasn't turned on loud enough or at all. I will never forget watching her walk out of the room and then Bud spun around in the chair that he was sitting in and was grinning from ear to ear and just pointed at his hearing aid. It was a hoot and my sister and I just laughed and laughed. He was such a warm and caring person and we will miss him very much.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this most difficult time.
Love,
Denise, Jerry, & Grace Burns

I am so sorry for your loss! My dad (Mike Swinehart) told me last night that Bud had passed on. I am so saddened as I think back to so many happy memories as a child and watching him laugh and carry on at our family reunions. He was such a happy and high spirited person and I he will be missed greatly! Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
We love you,

Nancy, we've been friends since Jr. high school. Your dad always put up with our crazy antics with great humor. I practically lived at your house sometimes now that I have a teenager I can appreciate your parents excepting me in their home. My deepest sympathies to you and your family.
