Henry Daniel Dameron, 24, passed away Sunday, December 23, 2018 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Henry was born October 21, 1994. He was flashy with a larger-than-life personality. He was currently pursuing his dream of being a Gospel Rapper for the Lord. He was a family man who loved his kids and his family unconditionally. He was a hard worker and was always smiling his beautiful smile. He is survived by his extensive family and countless friends.

Left to cherish is memory are his adoptive mother, Virginia Dameron; birth father, Richard Evans; birth mother, Fritze Bailey; daughters, Layla Dameron and Kameron Dameron; nephew, Santino Atkiss; siblings, Clarence “CJ” Dameron Jr., Michael Stokes, Felecita Dameron, Olivia Dameron, Selena Dameron, Joseph Morales, Richard Evans Jr., Jared Evans, Gabriel Evans, Jossiah Evans, Riceeha Evans, Samiar Evans, Kingston Evans, and Kairo Evans; and many other extended family and friends.

Henry was preceded in death by his adoptive father, Clarence Dameron Sr.; brothers, Jody Stokes and Ervin Stokes; sister, Renisha Evans; grandmothers, Rita Fay Sharp and Johnnie Mae Handey; grandfathers, Ricky Evans and Rico Harrington; and great-grandmother, Mollie Sharp.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, January 4, 2019 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Church of God in Christ, the Revival Center, 3816 36th Street, Des Moines, and will conclude with burial at Glendale Cemetery.
