Theodore C. "Ted" Frederick

Theodore “Ted” Clifford Frederick, 67, passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2018.

He was born May 4, 1951, in Sioux City, Iowa to Donald and Beverly (Crumrine) Frederick. Theodore is survived by his wife, Darla Frederick; children, Jeramie Frederick, Lindsey Frederick, and Wesley Frederick; parents, Donald and Beverly Frederick; brothers, Duane Frederick, Lauren (Debbie) Frederick, and Daniel Frederick; granddaughter, Arielle Tacy; grandson, Joe and many other grandchildren, relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Erica Elaine Tacy and his brother, Randall.

Per his request, cremation has occurred and no services are planned at this time.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Ted.
