David Warren Donald Blodgett was born on December 11, 1970. He had a big heart and touched many people’s lives with joy. David enjoyed music and was a talented poet and artist. He filled the lives of all who knew him with happiness by acting silly and making people laugh. David was a hard worker who was always willing to help others in need. His biggest joy was his family and he adored his grandsons. David loved animals and people alike and made friends wherever he went. He was a proud 2010 Bridges Alumni.

On Wednesday, December 19, 2018, David was called by our Heavenly Father to his beautiful Garden Kingdom. He was 48 years old.

David is survived by his mother, Sheryl Doud; step-father, Stan Doud; brothers, Michael Blodgett (wife, Janet) and Ricky Blodgett (girlfriend, Patti Wills); children, Lacey Christensen (husband, Dennis), Jacob Blodgett (girlfriend, Destiny Mains), and Katelyn Blodgett; grandsons, Cayden and Jaxen Christensen; and many other extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Blodgett; cousins, Heather and Tony; grandparents, David and Betty Jo Richardson and Basil and Marj Blodgett; and many aunts and uncles.

Cremation has occurred and there will be a celebration of life at a later date.
