Judy Davis

Judy Davis was born on March 8, 1946. She passed away on October 26, 2018. She was born and raised here in Des Moines. She graduated from East High and went on to get a nursing degree. She worked at Iowa Lutheran as a nurse and there she met her husband James.

Judy loved to crochet. She was kind to a fault, giving up a lot to raise her grandchildren. She was always thinking of others. However, she was not a person to cross.

Judy is survived by her husband James; her two daughters, Danee and Drisa; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She will be sorely missed.

A memorial service will be held at Fort Des Moines Church of Christ, 244 E. Army Post Road, Des Moines on Friday, December 21, 2018, at 11:00 a.m.
